Heather’s broad experience is perfect for the wide-ranging needs of ProGro clients. An entrepreneur, trainer, project manager, technology adviser and graphic designer, Heather worked in financial, marketing and administrative support firms before joining ProGro in 2010. Today Heather uses her technical savvy and logistical insight to help clients become more efficient and develop high-performing teams.

Dan is the son of a small-business owner, the product of entrepreneurial men and women. A psychotherapist by training, Dan first began helping clients resolve problems in his private therapy practice, which he opened in Richmond in 1986. Today he combines his business know-how with a motivating spirit to help clients achieve personal and professional success.
